Eglinton produced some great results throughout the year, but struggled with consistency. Still, a top eight finish secured their Premiership place for 2024, and in Liam Doherty had one of the stars of the season.
They also reached the semi-final of the Senior Cup before losing out to Brigade in a match ruined by its stop-start nature.
Their batting was topped by the aforementioned Doherty, who topped the batting by wahtever metric chosen. He made the most runs 768, at the best average 42.67, and with a superb Strike-Rate of 106.67. Liam was Eglinton's only senior centurion, and also hit five 50's.
That form has seen him selected for the Ireland Academy this week in Spain. Overseas professional Mike Erlank was second with 619 at 41.26 (6 fifties), while Andy Millar (442 at 27.62 - 3 fifties) and Tommy Orr (441 at 25.94 - 2 fifties) also passed the 400-run mark.
Jamie and Robbie Millar were the only others worthy of note making 307 and 242 runs respectively at just under 22.
Mike Erlank topped the bowling charts with 30 wickets at just 13.03, helped by the club's only five-wicket haul.
Jamie Millar (26 at 22.50) and Liam Doherty (20 at 18.50) also made it to the 20-wicket marker.
Andy Millar (19 wkts), Robbie Millar (18) and Josh Martin (17) came close to 20 wickets, but there was a gap then to Lee Ritchie (10).
In the fielding Jamie Millar snaffled 21 catches, Liam Doherty 13 and Mike Erlank 12, while keeper Tommy Orr had 23 catches and 7 stumpings - equal best in the North West with Gareth McKeegan.
