Ireland wicketkeeper Lorcan Tucker is hoping to carry the “energy and excitement” from his barnstorming 133 for Leinster Lightning on Monday into tomorrow’s sold-out first T20 against India at Malahide.

"It was good to be out there for a long period [against the North-West Warriors] and figure out some quirks that haven't been quite right throughout the summer,” Tucker said.

“We had two great games against India last year and everyone’s really looking forward to taking them on again.

“Malahide generates a special feeling – especially when a big team comes to town. We know India will have a good deal of support, but to have such a big crowd - it’s brilliant for cricket in Ireland.”
