David Barr won his second Man of the Match award as Brigade collected their second trophy of the week as they beat Killyclooney by 7 wickets at Ardmore.

Barr took 4 for 11, including the prize scalp of Blayde Capell for 40 (7 fours) as Killyclooney went from 56 for 1 to 107 for 9 in their 20 overs.

Only Kenzie Hall (35) also reached double figures as Scott Macbeth also picked up two wickets, with Brigade taking some excellent catches.

Ifty Hussain (30) got the Brigade chase off to an excellent start, but Timmy Dougherty claimed three quick wickets to bring the Killyclooney support alive.

However, Adam McDaid (32*) and Cameron Melly (25*) shared an unbroken fourth wicket stand of 69 to seal the win in the 18th over.

The gate collection raised 535 pounds for the Derry Midweek League charities.
