There's a new competition for women's cricket getting underway, with the Future Series starting on Monday in the North West.

There will be four participants, with Leinster having two sides - Leinster U17s and Leinster Futures - who will join the NCU and NW Futures.

The competition is seen as plugging the gap between youth interprovincials and the Super Series.

Glendermott and Ballyspallen were due to host all three days, but Monday's matches have been switched to Foyle College, with both starting at 11am.

The North West have yet to confirm their squad for the competition, but the other three are listed below along with the fixtures.
