The NCU have announced their Women's Performance groups for the 2023 season.

15 players have been named in the Senior squad, not including senior internationals Amy Hunter and Cara Murray.

CSNI provide six players, with North Down having four, while there are two apiece form Lurgan and Waringstown and one from Muckamore.

There are five in the Emerging panel, with three Waringstown players named, as well as one each from Holywood and Muckamore.

The panel will be boosted when five additional players complete university or return from abroad. These include two apiece from CSNI and Waringstown, plus Nathasha Morton of North Down.
