Instonians clinched the Minor Lindsay Cup with a dramatic four-run win over Lisburn at Drumaness.

The Shaw's Bridge side scored 194 with Robert Craigan top-scoring with 32, plus runs too for Tom Campbell and James Welshman who made 31apiece, while Tom Crothers made 27.

Campbell shared a last wicket stand of 45 with 13 year-old Ben Walsh, and this stand was to be a defining one of the tense contest.

Simon Cadell (3-45) and Jack Martelli (3-27) each took three wickets for Lisburn, and it was Martelli who led the reply with a well-made 43.

Rasif Choudhury (28) was also in the runs, but three wickets for Man of the Match Campbell, plus two apiece for McIlwaine and Cragan sealed the exciting win.
