Half centuries from Steven Taylor and Jaskaran Malhotra powered USA to their second comprehensive win in two days, as they thumped Singapore by 132 runs in Bulawayo.

Taylor’s 58 from 31 balls included 7 fours and 2 sixes, sharing an opening stand of 76 with Monank Patel (39). Malhotra cleared the ropes four times on his way also to 58, as the USA made an imposing 201 for 6.

Amjad Mahboob took three wickets but at a cost of 54 runs, while Askshay Puri took 2 for 31.

Saurabh Netravalkar took three wickets in his first over, on his way to a Man-of-the-Match haul of 5 for 12. With wickets too for Nisarg Patel (2-12), T20I debutant Cameron Stevenson, Sushant Modani (1-2), and Aaron Jones (1-8), Singapore were bundled out for just 69.
