There is no shortage of quality at Ballygomartin Road as Woodvale look forward to another season of Premier League cricket.

Stephen Bunting skippers the side and has the basis of last year's squad still at his disposal, with undoubted, tested quality in Ruhan Pretorius and James Hall.

They have added Carl Robinson from North Down and young New Zealander Ronan Restieaux to their ranks, while in the outbox Sunny Stephenson and Pavin Karthik are returning to Muckamore.

"We are really looking forward to building on a successful year after last season," skipper Bunting told CricketEurope.

"Harry Wake and Aditya Adey are growing from strength to strength ,coupled with Ruhan Pretorius and Jimmy Hall makes a good top four.

"Carl Robinson joining means a strong spin bowling option to partner Paul Robinson, and James Hall in the middle overs adds a great deal of potency to the attack.

"Ronan is an up and coming, young, New Zealand fast bowler which will bolster the early powerplay overs with Ruhan and Kyle Walsh. He looks a good addition to balance out the squad and offers support to Jack in the middle-order .

"We also can't look past the sought after quality of Jamie Gibson behind the stumps, so it's fair to say I'm delighted with the squad we have assembled.

"We can't wait for the action to start, in what's hopefully a promising year ahead with the restructure."
