Scotland Women will be participating in the Commonwealth Games qualifiers in Malaysia later this month.

The five-team round-robin qualifying tourmanent sees the hosts, Scotland, Kenya, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka playing in Kuala Lumpur, with one team going on to take part in Birmingham 2022.

The Scots will be led by captain Kathryn Bryce and has one previously uncapped player, Rachel Slater.

“We’ve seen some good progression during our preparation for the tournament so far and while we know it’s going to be challenging, I believe that we are ready and we are going into the tournament with the goal of winning.” Scotland begin their campaign against the hosts on the 18th January.
